What if I’ve entered the wrong shipping address?

It is imperative that you enter the correct shipping address. Once the package has been received by USPS/UPS the seller is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If you notice you have entered the incorrect shipping address please contact the us via email info@idothisfulltimemerch.com or Instagram (@idothisfulltime) within 24 hours of placing your order to update your address.

 

My merchandise arrive broken, what should I do?

Sometimes things happen when items are shipped and packages are being thrown around.

If you have received your package and an item is broken please emial us and include a picture of the broken item. We will send a replacement of the broken item right away. (Please note: An email must be sent within 3 days after package has been delivered.)

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. 

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

We will gladly accept any items (Excluding candles) for any reason for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you wish to return an item - please contact us at Info@idothisfulltimemerch.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.
